How do personal data come into our possession?

The data comes into the possession of CEOs4climate via an online secure contact form or signing an agreement. It can also be requested / delivered via e-mail or telephone.

Who has access to the data, how are they processed and are they used?

Only qualified personnel from CEOs 4 Climate and Ads&Data have access to these data. In principle, third parties are not given direct access to these data, unless this is necessary for cooperation with external partners.

CEOs4climate has the right to give access rights to certain government institutions (direct or indirect) with the necessary legitimacy. For example, CEOs4climate allows police services to access the data for their legal mission to investigate and prosecute crimes. What information is kept?

Data is kept indefinitely, unless we are asked to delete all your data (you have the right to be forgotten), for example when you no longer wish to be a customer of CEOs4climate and want to stop the collaboration.
